1. Start with a Basic Salt Cave Party. Minimum 4 people to maximum 8 people. This includes a 45min Salt Therapy only. It is $49/ person
2. Want to add Reflexology or a Sound Bath ? Reflexology can be added individually, for each member. Sound Bath and Intuitive Reading are added as a group. Please see below for pricing.
3. Call us at 615-920-5557 to book. We'll talk about the options and answer any questions you have. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking and a 20% gratuity will be applied for a group of 4 or more people. After that you're all set to PARTY!
You will have a 45 minute halotherapy in our one-of-a-kind salt cave. Minimum 4 people to maximum 8 people per session. Great for a bachelorette party detox the day after a wild night on Nashville's famous Broadway or for folks who like a more mellow time. Also great for a change of pace corporate team building event. You'll have the cave all to yourself for a truly special experience.

Yoga and Nidra Meditation - Shoulder and Neck Relief
We will start with yoga asanas to relieve tensions on the neck and shoulders, which will be followed by Yoga Nidra meditation.
Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep is a sojourn into the deepest, most sacred part of ourselves where we can experience pure, unfiltered consciousness. All you need to do is to lie back, close your eyes and relax in this truly rejuvenative experience. Yoga will be done sitting on zero gravity chairs. 60min.
